Clean and good location
This is a great location on 2 miles from downtown. Very clean.June 2018

This unit is listed for 6. We had assumed that with two double beds the couch made into a double bed. Read closely--it's an air matress, which fits best in the large closet off the master bathroom. It does work for a family with small children. The facilities are nice with a lovely view out of hte windows. It is also on the second floor--but in order to reach the unit, one must first take the elevator to the third floor, walk to the other end of the building and then take the elevator to the second floor. Access is better from the parking garage, but still requires navigating 5 stairs and then the elevator. Not a good choice for anyone with problems walking or carrying things.July 2018
Great place to stay!
Our family of 5 had a great time in Nashville staying at this apartment. It was close to beautiful Centennial Park, had great rooftop pool and hangout and was conveniently located just about 10-15 minutes from downtown. It was easy access to everywhere! The apartment was spacious and accommodated us well. Be advised that the 3rd bed is an air mattress but it worked fine for our children. Check in was easy and the free parking garage was appreciated. Everything was super clean. Thanks for a great stay!August 2018
Worst airbnb I’ve ever stayed at
Uncomfortable poor quality bed sheets/ mattress Sheets and rug were wet at arrival Confusing building setup... LOUD CONSTRUCTION STARTING AT 630AM NEVER. AGAIN.August 2018
Our Dormigo condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and attractive! We also loved the rooftop pool and space where we could enjoy the view of the park. We definitely want to return next year, and stay a little bit longer. Communications with the Dormigo staff was also excellent. Thank you, RoseAugust 2018

Great location, clean, close to stores, restaurants and the park. Truly enjoyed our stay.September 2018
A colleague and I stayed at this location while attending a conference at Vanderbilt. It was conveniently located and walking distance to most restaurants/bars. It was all easy to Lyft/Uber from this location. When we arrived we had some trouble getting into the building, however we were able to contact Dormigo without any difficulty and enter the building. As reported in other reviews it was odd to take the elevator to the 3rd floor to then take and elevator down to the 2nd floor to enter the building, however after wondering the building we found that we could enter through key reader/door to the left of the garage entrance. The apartment was nice, the bed comfortable, it was nice to have two bathrooms. The linens were starchy, but we understood that we weren't staying a 5 star hotel and the apartment was exactly what we had needed for our time in Nashville. I definitely recommend this property for a weekends away to Nashville, great amenities and even great location.September 2018

Great place to stay in Nashville
For the price and location, this place was perfect. The bedrooms were good size and everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you’d want and it was new and nice. We really enjoyed hanging out on the snazzy rooftop patio. That was such an added bonus to staying here! When I called the property managers with a question, I got a very quick response. I would definitely stay here again. The only reasons I did not give five stars were the following: 1) the building is set up weirdly and it’s difficult to find the room. Maybe numbered instructions to find it would be easier to follow than the paragraph of instructions that is given. 2) construction noise at 6:30am, 3) there is a lot of natural light in the apartment and it kept me from sleeping in. Next time I’d bring a sleep mask.September 2018

The apartment and facility are nice however the property management company is horrible. We had six people stay in this apartment. Upon arrival there was no airbed as advertised so my kids slept uncomfortably with no bed. There were not enough linens for the facility and the cleaners left the oven on self cleaning which was still on when we arrived. The apartment was full of a horrible smell and not one window cracked for ventilation. They dropped off the air mattress and linens the next morning by throwing them on the floor at the entrance. Furthermore, no darkening shades so every room was filled with bright sun every morning. The street is loud so all night you hear cars, see street lights and hear construction every morning. In addition, to the sun shining through the blinds in your face. On top of it there was not enough hot water for two people to shower. I complained about our horrible experience and for a week straight they continued to say they would comp our first night due to not having the advertised sleeping accommodations. A week later and they are now ignoring my texts. They are only trying to rent this place out until its rented by a tenant and they obviously could care less about their customers.November 2018
A convenient and comfortable stay!
I travel to Nashville for work all of the time and this location was convenient and had exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay (much better for me than a hotel). The employees were extremely friendly throughout the whole booking process and were available to help me over the phone when I was having trouble with the door lock. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely book with Dormigo next time I'm in town.December 2018

A lovely place with covered/gated garage
Since the comment space is limited here I will make this brief with enough details. We drove there and it's comfortable for two seniors and 1 adult. No trouble with the management, emails were promptly replied. Thanks to reviewer Jessi E. mentioned about the other entrance was much easier access when you didn't need to use elevator. (The door was actually more on the left of the under pass way instead of by the garage) Pros: Firm memory foam bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of supplies. Nice gated garage and I assumed there were free parking on the street as well. Olive oil packets was a nice surprise. Awesome club house with other coffee options just bring your own mugs. The pool and fitness center looked great but didn't get to use those. A great location, right by the park, close to many restaurants or to other places were not that far reach at all, to everywhere was about 10mins, Grand Ole Opry was only 20mins. We didn't use Uber or Lyft since we could easily find parking for $10/2hrs (or $15 all day w/ SpotHero app) during the game day so not as bad. Cons: the construction was expected but since we woke up about 6-7am and out by 9 so it didn't bother as much but it's more noice from upstairs which you could hear the kids were up and running around crazily or some furniture movement, we complained but I thought it got worse. Usually it's from 4-7pm if we stayed out then we probably won't hear them. Suggestions: I would suggest to bleach the liner of shower curtain. Use the stainless wipes for the fridge exterior. Blinds didn't bother me but maybe add curtains in the winter to save energy and block cold air. My parents were cold even I turned up the temp and they worn layers to sleep. Some extra blankets might be also good to have as well. A diagram of where facilities were in the building will be helpful. There was no trash chute on that floor, FYI. Over all was a good experience, I will stay at this place again and recommend to others.January 2019
