This apartment has a smart TV with a Roku, which allows you to access any streaming service for which you have an account, but there is no access to cable or local TV channels.
Please be aware that the bed in the living room is a tri-fold mattress and not a Sofa Bed (will be fixed shortly, displayed due to a technical limitation on this platform).

This area is stocked with easy access to casual and fine dining, the San Antonio Museum of Art, and is steps away from the highly reviewed Paramour cocktail bar. Less than a mile away is the historic Alamo and the heart of the River Walk.
If you didn't bring a car, Uber and Lyft are just a few taps away.

Loved the place but management of property poor
We stayed at unit 1221 and really liked the apartment, however check out was very disappointing and as a result we will not be renting from you again. We left the garbage out in the hallway as the other residents of the building were doing the night before we left. We did this because there were no instructions from Dormigo as to what we should do with the garbage (we were there for 5 nights) and because we wanted to make sure the apartment was clean when we.Apparently we did it incorrectly and the building manager issued a $25 violation. Your office attempted to get the violation removed unsuccessfully. I received an email from you saying that because the building manager wouldn’t remove the violation we would be charged the $25 from our $500 deposit. I do not believe that we should be responsible for this violation as there was nothing in your instructions as to how to dispose of the garbage. Additionally I received numerous emails and texts that they could not find the key fob and parking pass and as a result we were going to be charged $150. The key fob and parking pass were back in the lock box as your office instructed us to use when we checked out. I don’t know why that was not checked initially before your office sent out threatening emails. I did receive an email and text apologizing for the confusion. I understand that people make mistakes in these things can happen. Unfortunately I cannot accept he trash violation as I truly believe that this was not our fault. You should have detailed this in your property guidelines. What is even more disappointing is that I sent an email mail to you two days ago explaining what it happened and have not received a response back. In fact I waited until today to write my review hoping that some resolution could be reached. I can see that will not be the case. Our son is stationed at Fort Sam Houston and we will be visiting him frequently, however we will not be using your property again.July 2019
