Every city seems to have a Midtown, and Nashville is no exception. This bustling neighborhood, extending up Broadway and Division Street, is home to a variety of hotels, restaurants, and bars that come alive at night.
A Nashville favorite for years, South Street Original Crab Shack & Authentic Dive Bar is known by locals as simply South Street. This Cajun restaurant serves large portions, spicy entrees, seafood, and barbecue. With a convertible dining room and an open upstairs called the Treehouse, South Street is perfect for a casual atmosphere on a warm Southern night.
Another local favorite is Midtown Café, offering affordable, casual fine dining at its best. The intimate ambiance offers the perfect setting for a business lunch or romantic dinner. The menu for this locally-owned 25-year standard features prime steaks, sustainable seafood, locallygrown produce, more than 40 wines by the glass, over 150 by the bottle, and some of Nashville’s finest cocktails.
The Row serves home-cooked Nashville inspired dishes and features an all-local and Southern regional craft draft wall. A rustic ambiance, live music, outdoor patio, free parking, and close proximity to downtown Nashville makes The Row a perfect destination to dine and relax.
Giovanni Ristorante, like the 15-year-old flagship Giovanni in midtown Manhattan, specializes in Tuscan fare. The menu includes risotto, homemade pastas, and seafood, with house-baked breads and an extensive wine program.
Uber/Lyft will be the easiest way to get around town.

Loved our stay
Easy access and stay for our weekend. Thanks!February 2018
We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Anytime we had a question we would hear back within 5 minutes with helpful replies. We would definitely rent from Dormigo again.March 2018

The apartment was spacious and the location is great. It is nice to have a parking spot as well since we did rent a car. There are some cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I didn't think the bed or couch were very comfortable, but they weren't awful. Overall there were no issues. I booked here in part b/c of the weight room & pool which i didn't even use, but they looked perfectly fine.May 2018

Very clean and easy access good area and easy to get to Tourist areas. Secure parking and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only down side is The coffee pot was too small and it could use a dresser and a full length mirror. I would stay again when in the areaMay 2018

We liked the distance from the strip, a short Lyft ride away. The property and area are very nice, close to Vanderbilt campus. Only problem was we learned the first day the pool would be closed or entire trip. A big reason for selecting this property was for the pool. Dormigo did credit us $45 but that was a small token for not having a pool.July 2018

Our experience was awesome......January 2019

The place was very dirty. We should have known the moment we got off the elevator and saw the flooring in the hallway that looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. It continued into the flooring in our unit. When we complained they kept telling us that they were sending up somebody or somebody had visited us but no one ever showed. I wiped out on the bathroom floor by myself and it was black. The only thing good about this place is the location.January 2019

Much better than any hotel room, BUT
We stayed in the unit in Nashville for five days in February. The space was ample and *mostly* everything worked as expected. FIRST, the annoyances: There were several light bulbs were burned out when we arrived. (Couldn't somebody be bothered to notice?) TWO toilet paper holders were so poorly connected to the walls that they repeatedly fell to the floor. I'm not talking about the TP but the holders that should be attached to the walls. Obviously whoever designed and manages this unit never took a shower there. Each shower had a ceramic soap dish on the wall. But they were angled so that nothing would stay on them without falling to the shower floor. When we arrived, we found an empty waste basket in the hallway right in front of the door. We moved it aside. The following day it was right in front of the door again. Was this some sort of communication we were not understanding? Finally we just moved it into the unit and left it. NOW, what we liked: The location was good, obviously quite familiar to Lyft and Uber drivers. Concrete ceilings kept noise out from units above. Dining options are nearby, though nothing we would return to a second time. The unit heated up quickly when we turned on the heat. Plenty of hot water, towels. The whole place was clean when we arrived.February 2019

Great location! Unit needs a good cleaning.
My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed at this property for six nights during our recent visit to Nashville. Loved the location of the apartment building (in Midtown) relative to Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park, and numerous tasty restaurants. Downtown Nashville just a short drive away. Secure building and parking made us feel safe and sound. Unit was spacious and comfy but is in need of some serious cleaning. Floors, for example, were filthy. Bare feet turned black with dirt, had to wear flip flops. Swimming pool lovely, but not heated as advertised. Water was too cold to swim.April 2019
