I arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight and they were helpful with respect to making sure that I had access to the key to get into the building and room. Very nice large accommodating space with useable balcony. The building also had great rooftop lounge. Close to Vanderbilt where I needed to be. Would stay again and recommend.June 2018

Even with a late arrival we were met at the building and shown to our rental by a friendly representative. It’s a great location. Easy to get to downtown quickly and has a great view of Belmont University. The building is quiet at night.June 2018

No other place in Nashville!
Our site was exactly what we were looking for and more than we could have asked for! We were super nervous to book through a website like VRBO or Air BandB but we are so glad that we found Dormigo on VRBO. We stayed in the penthouse apartment and could not have asked for a better experience! The place may not look massive in pictures but it was HUGE! It was perfect for our family of 5! From the kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and even washer and dryer, it was a home away from home. There were two bedroms - a "master" and another. The bathrooms were FANTASTIC too. The best part though for me was the balcony! I sat out there at night after everyone was asleep and would do some work (that I should have been avoiding because it was vacation) or just look at the beautiful Belmont campus buildings peeking aboce the treetops across the street! If we return to Nashville, we wont stay anywhere else and Dormigo will be who we contact first! Security is top notch with keyed entry into the building. You cannot enter the building or gain access to the stairs or elevator without a keycard. We felt very safe and the folks that were there that we ran into while staying we very kind! Communication from Kiera, CJ and the rest of the staff from Dormigo was top notch as well! By the way, we stayed 5 days and 4 nights and spent right at $500 for the entire stay. We saved a massive amount of money on a place to stay. Thank you so much Dormigo for helping to make our stay so memorable!August 2018

Great location, clean apartment, mostly student housing
This place was clean and had a great location and view of Belmont University which was wonderful because we were dropping our son off as a college freshman. The communication with the management company was also easy. The drawback which was not made clear in the listing was that this is student housing apartments, which comes with things like having to move your car for power washing, noisy neighbors, other students moving into the apartments, etc. Also, there was a fire drill very early on our last morning where we had to wake up two hours early, evacuate in our pajamas and it made us late to say goodbye to our son. The manager would give us no discount for this night even though we stayed 6 nights. That was pretty disappointing. If you know what you are getting into, this could be a good place to stay. But if you are expecting something more plush, you should probably go to a hotel or a quieter home where you have more privacy and control of your time. All in all, this was good for our needs.August 2018

Excellent Customer Service
This was my first stay at an Air B&B. I had a lot of questions leading up to the trip, and the staff was excellent at responding to me very quickly. Our check in was super easy! The condo was clean and exactly what we saw online. Nice and close to the downtown area.August 2018

This was not a great property. There was a bad garbage smell in the lobby. There were a lot of parties going on. One bathroom smelled like mildew (because some of the tiles were moldy). The door on the other bathroom wouldn't close -- we had to use a pillow to keep it closed. There were practically no towels for us to use, and the furnishings were dreary and awful. Worst of all, it looks like the property owner is controlling whether or not people see reviews on Home & Away. I would not book again through Home & Away after this experience. I expect an honest system for reviews. Instead, I called Home & Away to ask why I hadn't been given an opportunity to post a review by Home & Away, and was told "this property owner uses a different system." Well, that explains a lot about why this property got good reviews even though it was not a very good place.August 2018

Loved the location!
It was a great location far away from broadway to have down time but close enough to enjoy it all! Would definitely stay again!October 2018
Recommend and will stay again
Went to Nashville to visit our son. This facility was 4 blocks from his home (within walking distance). The building appears to be brand new. It is very clean. My wife is very picky about cleanliness and she was very pleased. We also appreciated the security factors of the building. Key card is required to enter the building and also to ride the elevators. The facility is also a short driving distance to the downtown area. This wasn't a factor for us, but would likely be for others who might stay. Our room had plenty of room for our party of six, (4 adults 2 children) including two bathrooms. We also made use of the in room refrigerator, washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was good in the room. We enjoyed the lounge on the 5th floor. We plan to stay at this facility again on our next trip down from Michigan.November 2018

Perfect for our 4
We were in town visiting our college student. This was a perfect and affordable location for us. Less than most hotels in the downtown area. Great covered parking which was nice since it snowed. Very clean. One of our sons slept comfortably on the large air mattress in the living room. We also really enjoyed the view!!!January 2019

Great location, secure building, simple and clean
The apartment itself is smaller than it appears in pictures but is very clean and well put together. The beds are very comfortable, water pressure is good, quiet and extremely secure building. We used Uber and Lyft mostly and it was about $7 each time - to Broadway (even during high demand at 3am), the Gulch, Music Row. There are scooters just across the street every morning and usually into the afternoon so you can just rent one and be on your way. We walked over to the Belmont campus which was not far at all and so beautiful. There are two coffee shops within walking distance of the building and both were very good. We were on the 5th floor with a balcony and right next to the Sundeck. It was really lovely to sit out there when we had a few minutes or just leave the door open and get some fresh air inside. The only issues we had was with our dryer not working, which they told us about upon check in and we had to flip the switches in the electrical box because half the apartment had tripped. There was a party one night in the rec room which led to loud screaming girls at midnight and puke in the elevator the next morning. Honestly though, the building was so quiet and secure besides this that it didn't bother us.April 2019

We stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable and it had everything required for a short or long stay. I would stay here again. We stayed with another couple and it was nice to have the two bathrooms. The only thing I would suggest would be to have one more comfortable chair in the apartment so that when relaxing after the great entertainment downtown that someone does not have to sit on a kitchen chair.April 2019
