Every city seems to have a Midtown, and Nashville is no exception. This bustling neighborhood, extending up Broadway and Division Street, is home to a variety of hotels, restaurants, and bars that come alive at night.
A Nashville favorite for years, South Street Original Crab Shack & Authentic Dive Bar is known by locals as simply South Street. This Cajun restaurant serves large portions, spicy entrees, seafood, and barbecue. With a convertible dining room and an open upstairs called the Treehouse, South Street is perfect for a casual atmosphere on a warm Southern night.
Another local favorite is Midtown Café, offering affordable, casual fine dining at its best. The intimate ambiance offers the perfect setting for a business lunch or romantic dinner. The menu for this locally-owned 25-year standard features prime steaks, sustainable seafood, locallygrown produce, more than 40 wines by the glass, over 150 by the bottle, and some of Nashville’s finest cocktails.
The Row serves home-cooked Nashville inspired dishes and features an all-local and Southern regional craft draft wall. A rustic ambiance, live music, outdoor patio, free parking, and close proximity to downtown Nashville makes The Row a perfect destination to dine and relax.
Giovanni Ristorante, like the 15-year-old flagship Giovanni in midtown Manhattan, specializes in Tuscan fare. The menu includes risotto, homemade pastas, and seafood, with house-baked breads and an extensive wine program.
Uber/Lyft will be the easiest way to get around town.

Place was very nice, clean, comfortable beds. Good location. Halls of the complex needed updates, new carpet, etc. but inside condo was greatMarch 2018
The unit was bet modern, clean and in good condition. The location was great and within close proximity to restaurants and a short Uber ride to downtown. Definitely recommend.March 2018

BEST PLACE EVER!
We were SO happy with the apartment that we stayed in. Quite spacious, comfortable beds, big kitchen, nice couch and tv, perfect location. Could not have asked for anything more. THANK YOU Dormigo!July 2018

Great location but a bit dirty
The location of this condo was an easy 2 mile walk to downtown, Uber and Lyft are easy to get and inexpensive! I am amazed how expensive it is to stay in this neighborhood, every place we checked out was in the same price range so I guess that the popularity is what drives the price. For this price I was disappointed on the cleanliness of the apartment as well as the building itself. The carpet in the main hallways is stained, the parking lot smells horribly of garbage. The apartment itself had dirty carpet in the bedrooms and the rug in the living room was dirty. The cover on the bedspread smelled and I can only assume it is not washed or changed between renters. There are finger prints all over the doors and walls that look like someone had been changing the oil of their car and never washed their hands before going in and out of the apartment. They really need new carpet and a new paint job or a good cleaning!. This place has the potential to be very nice but it needs some attention and for the money you will pay to stay here I believe that is the least the owners could do.August 2018

Great Stay! Would Re-Book
Took a couples trip with my wife and friends. We had an amazing time. Great location, close to all the hot spots in Nashville, yet far enough away from Broadway when you need a little quite time. The apartment was great, spacious, and way better than booking a hotel. We had a great time and will absolutely re-book when we come back to Nashville.September 2018

Overall satisfied, but...
Some background is necessary: we were visiting my sons in Nashville for Parent's Day at Vanderbilt with my elderly parents. Hotel prices on that weekend are typically hyperinflated unless one makes reservations way in advance, which I did not. The price for this 2-BR apartment was the same for a single room at a 3-star hotel which made it a bargain. The location with regards to proximity to Vanderbilt was fantastic. The apartment was clean, neatly appointed and well stocked. It had all the amenities one could ask for including Wi-Fi, coffee maker (stocked with filters and creamer), RokuTV, and washer-dryer. The complex offered an outstanding swimming pool, generous workout room and convenient parking in the attached garage. Some minor complaints about the apartment include a funky odor which seemed to dissipate when the air conditioning was used, a really loud washing machine (impossible to use it at night for fear of waking the neighbors), and a slightly complex check in system. None of those were deal breakers and Dormigo of any of those problems since I was there for such a limited amount of time. A bigger problem for my particular circumstances was the location of the unit. It was absolutely the farthest one could get from the main set of elevators. Without my parents, it wouldn't have been a problem, but if mobility is an issue, I'd look for a different unit. My biggest complaint was not with the unit or the complex, but with Dormigo. They were clear from the outset that the check in time was 4:00 and check out time was 11:00--not particularly user friendly compared to most hotels. Because I was traveling with elderly parents, I requested checking in one hour early at 3:00 and checking out one hour late at noon. They were willing to accommodate my request for an additional $300! When I turned down their offer, to their credit, they offered to store my luggage for the two hours at no charge. The good outweighed the bad and I'd stay there again.October 2018
It was a really good place to stay. The only things I could mention are.... a few extra towels would have been nice. And perhaps some instructions about recycling as we had to put a lot of water bottles in the trash. Otherwise perfect!!October 2018
We had a wonderful experience at this property. The check-in process was very easy. The apartment was exactly what you see in the photos. We would definitely stay here again!October 2018

Location is great. Quiet area but close to many very fun sites. Building is confusing. Parking is somewhat confusing. Having a coffee/donut shop on main floor is great.October 2018

A White Christmas in Nashville
We are locals living on the outskirts of the city and were looking for a place in town for the evening of seeing White Christmas at TPAC. This place was amazing. It was well decorated, super clean, comfy beds, and extremely easy to stay. Communication was almost immediate anytime we needed anything. Location was right there in the middle of it all, and we would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.November 2018

Ad was a little deceptive, in so far as it features a top-floor unit with fantastic natural light (ours was considerably darker), but that aside, a nicely appointed apartment in a decent part of town. The check-in/check-out process was frictionless. Customer service was great when we needed them. They do need a new cleaner though, as everywhere was quite dusty and the bathroom had a urine smell, as in unwashed floors.January 2019

My husband and I stayed with our one year old and we really enjoyed it. The only complaint would be the street noise from one of the bedrooms. The unit was very clean and the location was close to a lot of great restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.April 2019

could be impoved
First of all, we had 2 vehicles. There was a street right behind the building where we parked eventually, but had to call and luckily the nice person on the phone from Dormigo told me to park there. The instructions we were given, directed us to a bunch of paid parking lots nearby. The other problems relate more to the property. The building was really dirty, Looked like there had not been any vacuuming done ever for the extensive carpeted hallways on every floor. I went to the office in the front to ask about a lost and found, and the women in the office were very rude and short with me, and I mentioned the dirty hallways, and she totally ignored me. I told her I was just telling her to bring it to her attention. she was very rude. The dog park on the roof was awesome! The pool was freezing. Cant it be heated?? I would stay again if the pool was heated!May 2019

The listing said it accommodated 6 however there were only 4 seats in the living room. No table to eat at and the couch was less then nice. The clean towels all smelled like cigarette smoke and there was no where to put the foam to sleep on the floor besides the dining area. I stay in a lot of Airbnb rentals and this was not high on my list.June 2019

loud & somewhat dirty
Building not very clean; as if no one has ever vacuumed the hallways. Building staff not friendly. Very loud. When I call to complain about noise, Domingo is closed. Various nights I was here the entire first floor reeked of pot. First night here someone vandalized all of the exit signs on my floor. It was probably the people in 227, who could be heard and seen drunkenly running up and down the hall with no shirt on after midnight. I have a second week booked here and your company wouldn't let me cancel because it wasn't within the 14 day window. I am in the unit now, which was unlocked when I got here. One of the pool wrist bands was missing when I arrived, so please don't charge me the $500 fine for that.June 2019
