  2. Wonderful apartment

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, clean and functional. The operators were very responsive to our needs. Great location in East Austin that is walking to distance to many hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and just a short Uber ride to downtown. Highly recommended.

  4. Dormigo 1700 East 4th

Everything was fine and as advertised. Only issue was the door to the building for which the code did not work so I had to wait for someone to go in until I could get the key in the room (where there the code worked).

  5. Just ok

The apartment for sure served our purpose, but after staying in several VRBO’s this was not up to the standard I have become to know. Upon arrival we had a really difficult time getting into the apartment. The reason was I had traveled all day and instead of just having the information in one place I had to go to the email and get one set of information and then go to the google doc and get the other directions and by the time I got between the 2 document the phone hung up and we had to scroll through all the names again. Thankfully some nice man saw our struggle and helped us out. Putting all the information to get in the front door all in one location for ease of entrance. The apartment is furnished nice, as well as the kitchen, but it is so sparsley stocked that I couldn’t even wash dishes unless I was using paper towels. There were no dish rags or towels. The only way I was able to cook the eggs I bought was someone had left 2 packets of olive oil in the silverware drawer. It would be great if there were just a few items like, small can of Pam and some spices. These are things that don’t spoil and are just an added touch. We had an issue with the hot water where it was so severely hot that it burnt our skin. We figured out that we had to shut the furnace off and then it would semi be a temperature that wouldn’t scald us. Upon emailing staff we found out that maintenance was closed. The staff then had maintenance stop by the next day. We were never notified that someone would be entering the apartment. It would be courteous to let your renters know that someone would be entering the apartment and a time. Thankfully we were not disturbed. The windows are very thin so every morning the garbage truck woke us up at 5:30 am and people walking by outside we could hear every conversation. The only other thing I would suggest is some information in the apartment about the area - train schedule, scooter and bike rental info would benefi
