Every city seems to have a Midtown, and Nashville is no exception. This bustling neighborhood, extending up Broadway and Division Street, is home to a variety of hotels, restaurants, and bars that come alive at night.
A Nashville favorite for years, South Street Original Crab Shack & Authentic Dive Bar is known by locals as simply South Street. This Cajun restaurant serves large portions, spicy entrees, seafood, and barbecue. With a convertible dining room and an open upstairs called the Treehouse, South Street is perfect for a casual atmosphere on a warm Southern night.
Another local favorite is Midtown Café, offering affordable, casual fine dining at its best. The intimate ambiance offers the perfect setting for a business lunch or romantic dinner. The menu for this locally-owned 25-year standard features prime steaks, sustainable seafood, locallygrown produce, more than 40 wines by the glass, over 150 by the bottle, and some of Nashville’s finest cocktails.
The Row serves home-cooked Nashville inspired dishes and features an all-local and Southern regional craft draft wall. A rustic ambiance, live music, outdoor patio, free parking, and close proximity to downtown Nashville makes The Row a perfect destination to dine and relax.
Giovanni Ristorante, like the 15-year-old flagship Giovanni in midtown Manhattan, specializes in Tuscan fare. The menu includes risotto, homemade pastas, and seafood, with house-baked breads and an extensive wine program.
Uber/Lyft will be the easiest way to get around town.
You will have access to 1 free parking space in the parking garage during your stay.

Great stay. Quiet peaceful and comfortable. Except the need to put blinds on the bedroom door and living room. Privacy was definitely an issue during my stay, Otherwise, great.March 2018

Very nice apartment and stay . 3 minor complains: 1) You should put blinds on the two balcony doors for better privacy . 2) couldn’t lock the door with auto-lock . Had to use key. 3) If your going to call it luxury you should probably include cable or satellite. We would come again !October 2018

It was a nice little apartment, more for an adult couple an two children, than 3 adults as far as sleeping arrangements go. We had one problem when we first got there, we couldn't find the code box to get in. When I called the Dormigo number, I was put on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes, finally my son found someone who let him know where it was at. I found out later that there are more instructions at the e-mail address on the instructions they gave me. I also found out later that you get immediate answers if you text rather than call. The place was clean and close to the Vanderbilt Baseball Stadium, which are the two things we really wanted.March 2019

Absolutely enjoyed our experience at our apartment! Only one hiccup when we got there, there was no remote for the t.v. and after an 8 hour drive, all we wanted to do is make some dinner in the FULLY equipped kitchen and watch some t.v.. I called and with in an hour, we had our remote! Already have plans with friends to stay next year! Great! And $350.00 cheaper than the hotel we stayed at 2 years ago for the week! Great customer service!April 2019

Will definitly stay again
This is a great unit for a couple. Not sure I'd put more than two in it but was perfect for our getaway needs. The apartment is clean, open, well equipped and comfortable. Access to the parking, building and unit were clear and easy. It is a far little away from the elevators but the building is safe so we were not concerned with it. They have taken some action to put up blinds on the doors previously mentioned in reviews. We did not feel privacy was an issue and had the doors open most of the time we were in the rooms. Location is great. It's far enough away from the downtown scene yet close enough to restaurants, bars and shopping if you need something quick. We walked to a very nice steakhouse right around the corner for our anniversary dinner and the streets felt safe. It's a 5-7 minute ($5-10) Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway which was our preferred way to get around. Overall this is one of my favorites we've had in several years of using rentals over hotels. Our next trip to Nashville is already being planned (with other couples next time) and already called dibs on this unit. Look forward to returning and seeing much more of Nashville and TN. We did not use the pool or any other amenity in the building but it all looked very well kept and nice. My one issue is that the soaps provided are very tiny and recommend bringing your own full size bar. I had to find one criticism and that was all I had. Everything else was as close to perfect as you could ask. Highly recommend the property.April 2019

This unit was labeled as a “luxury penthouse”. The hallway of the building outside of our room smelled strongly of dog urine. All furnishings were extremely cheap and uncomfortable.May 2019

Stay at Elliston Place Apts.
Our recent 3 night stay was just okay. We found the apt. to be very dark and had to have the lights on most of the time. A lot of construction going on in the area so it was quite noisey during the day. The most awful thing we had to deal with was the uncomfortable bed. I requested two mattress toppers but that didn't help. I actually had to sleep on the couch (I didn't pull it out because the mattress was too thin) and my husband slept in the bed and hardly got any sleep for the 3 nights we were there. You could also hear dogs barking in the hallway and people talking. I think the apt. bldg. has some maintenance issues as well. The hallway had a smell and was in much need of either carpet replacement or cleaning. The main entranceway was disgusting. It appeared someone got sick and threw up and you could hardly walk by the disgusting sight. On the positive side, everyone at Domingo customer service had been extremely nice to deal with.June 2019
