Every city seems to have a Midtown, and Nashville is no exception. This bustling neighborhood, extending up Broadway and Division Street, is home to a variety of hotels, restaurants, and bars that come alive at night.
A Nashville favorite for years, South Street Original Crab Shack & Authentic Dive Bar is known by locals as simply South Street. This Cajun restaurant serves large portions, spicy entrees, seafood, and barbecue. With a convertible dining room and an open upstairs called the Treehouse, South Street is perfect for a casual atmosphere on a warm Southern night.
Another local favorite is Midtown Café, offering affordable, casual fine dining at its best. The intimate ambiance offers the perfect setting for a business lunch or romantic dinner. The menu for this locally-owned 25-year standard features prime steaks, sustainable seafood, locallygrown produce, more than 40 wines by the glass, over 150 by the bottle, and some of Nashville’s finest cocktails.
The Row serves home-cooked Nashville inspired dishes and features an all-local and Southern regional craft draft wall. A rustic ambiance, live music, outdoor patio, free parking, and close proximity to downtown Nashville makes The Row a perfect destination to dine and relax.
Giovanni Ristorante, like the 15-year-old flagship Giovanni in midtown Manhattan, specializes in Tuscan fare. The menu includes risotto, homemade pastas, and seafood, with house-baked breads and an extensive wine program.
Uber/Lyft will be the easiest way to get around town.
You will have access to 1 free parking space in the parking garage during your stay.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and quiet.
Parking garage gate fob did not work and did not have a electronic key for building entrances. Did call Dormigo office and eventually received new fob and key. We were inconvenienced the first 48 hours. Overall we had very pleasant week. Location on west end of town was very good.August 2018

The location is ideal for those interested in activities on the Vanderbilt University campus.
There were a few non-critical maintenance issues with our room. One of the bedroom shades could not be closed for privacy, the plug in the bathtub was broken, the bathroom sink drained poorly, and one of the bedside lights was non-functional. However, the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, the rooms were very clean and nicely furnished, and the care-taker, Brian, was super nice and helped us settle in.September 2018
Super clean, great location, less than 5 minute drive to downtown. Looks just like the pictures.October 2018

Elliston Place apartment - Nashville
The unit was nice, cleaner than expected, fully equipped with linens, soaps and towels, and parking is on-site. The Dormingo staff was very good in putting up with all my questions. My only negatives would be the size of the bed (I think it was a queen?) and the washing machine that made a horrible noise, especially when on the spin cycle. I was really afraid the neighbors would complain, so we stopped the wash cycle shorter than normal. The location is nice. We did a lot of walking and could make it down to the "strip" down Broadway, the waterfront, etc.October 2018

Avoid at all cost!
Dormigo runs very conveniently located appartments in Nashville. They provide you with detailed instructions for parking and self check in. The parking is gated. We booked appartment for 4 persons. Upon check in there was only one double bed. The other one /they conveniently forgot to mention it was inflatable/ was hidden in one of the many closets. Linen was provided for one bed and it was clearly used /all wrinkled and smelly/. Windows were so dirty you couldn't see out. The fridge was rusty. Half of the towels was still wet from washing - we had to dry them in the dryer before use. We immediately contacted the management. They wanted us to send them photos of the linen and flatly refused to provide us with fresh linen. They advised us to wash and dry linens by ourselves. We did that because we didn't wand to sleep on used linens. Not a pleasant experience after long flight from Europe. They brought fresh linen next morning. Our advice: avoid Dormigo at all cost!November 2018

Great location and good value
Nice, clean unit in a friendly building only a $10 and 10 minute Uber ride to the heart of Music City. Very affordable rate in December. Easy parking and electronic access to unit. Gym on-site and included internet/TV/Netflix/laundry was useful. Living room lacked lighting and a small couch only fit one person. Mattress was lumpy and poorer quality. Will use Dormigo again.December 2018

Nice place, accommodating. Clean, convenient, good gym, facilities, etc. The street noise is problematic, and the mattress is garbage. Other than that, good spot.February 2019

March Madness Weekend
Great location - walking distance to Parthenon / Centennial Park. Dunkin' Donuts & Jamba Juice next door extremely convenient. Secure (free!) parking was nice. Walked to HiFi Clydes for great March Madness viewing & delicious food. Short drive or Lyft to Green Hills Mall, The Pharmacy, The Gulch. The foam mattress was ok for comfort, don't expect to watch any movies or sports without your own Hulu/Netflix/Sling login. We stayed Sat & Sun nights. The condo faces Church/Elliston Street and the road noise is constant. We thought Sunday night would be quieter without the party crowd, but it was not. Major thoroughfare - just be prepared.March 2019

Our place was in a great location, very comfortable, and communication with the staff was a breeze! Great place to stay in Nashville. Actually, it's just a 10 walk from EXPENSIVE places to stay (just motel rooms). I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to see Nashville. Both Urbr and Lynk were easy access.April 2019
