Location, location, location! We loved being able to park the car and walk or take short Lyfts to experience some of Austin's finest food and shops. The weather was sweltering so having a nice pool to cool off was an added bonus. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We will definitely consider this place for future visits.June 2018

We stayed at this apartment for one month while searching for a home to buy. First, I will say, I would give 4-5 stars for the communication between Dormigo and myself, they were responsive, timely, & flexible, so great job guys! Here are our pros & cons for the unit: Pros: good location, walkable to coffee, restaurants, & entertainment. Third floor, so fairly quiet. New linens, sheets & white towels. Clean unit. Pool and gym on site. Gated community. Washer and dryer in unit. Cons: very old apartment complex. Unit needs an upgrade. Not so welcoming, Sparingly decorated, tv wires freely hanging. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable; king bed was a rock to sleep on. No vacuum in unit. Outdoor furniture uncomfortable. Carpet throughout. WiFi inconsistent. Overall, I may stay again for a night or so, but for us, it was a long 30 days.September 2018
Everything was perfect! Great location, great price and easy to get in an out of. Highly recommend it!September 2018

Great location. Found a good parking spot. The complex is gorgeous, with huge trees and greenery. The condo was clean and had the basic items needed for our one night stay. Beds were pretty comfortable. The living room furniture is not well thought out and not much to sit on to relax. This was fine for the one night we were there, but I would prefer a real sofa for a longer stay. Lyft had no trouble finding us!September 2018

The place had terrible beds, a couple of towels, uncomfortable living room furniture. Dormigo was difficult to work with. I had to leave for a family emergency when I landed in Austin, they were very unreasonable to work with. I will not work with this company againOctober 2018

Good apartment, cumbersome access, low security
The apartment itself was spotless. Only Wi-Fi was broken on arrival and had to call customer help to get it fixed. Pedestrian access is pretty cumbersome, long walk through parking and stairs with minor lighting. Would not recommend this specific room (831) for somebody with no car. The door password felt like a joke to me, it was the apartment number with a 0 after that. I really find that a poor experience: all I could think is that anybody that had a similar stay could just walk in and steal all my stuff, and overall it just feels non-professional. Would highly recommend using true random numbers.October 2018
Clean comfortable apartment
spacious 2-bedroom, clean, neat, all the key necessities there. Full kitchen and laundry, tv/wifi setup. Large bathroom too. It is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator but in a nice quiet apartment complex. Great location right on South Congress near lots of places to go out, shop or eat and a short hop into downtown area.October 2018

Great location but cheap on supplies and cheap customer service...
My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys, 8yrs old and 11yrs old for 1 week. PROS: Location was perfect! SoCo is our favorite spot in Austin. CONS: supplies were so skimpy and cheap. No coffee filters or laundry detergent there -- we had to go out and buy our own which typically does not happen when staying in a place that has a kitchen and laundry. It was winter, and there was only 1 thin blanket for the 4 of us to share and No couch blankets either. The bed had very thin sheets and cover which is fine for summer but not for winter. Our wifi went out for 4 of the 7 days we were there, and nothing was done about it. So it was very disruptive with work. They gave us direction in how to fix the ROku smart TV, and we did everything but still didnt work. They finally sent someone out the last day we were leaving and she was there for 3 hours and couldnt get it to work either. We asked for a discount from our stay because of it and didnt receive one. The large painting on wall hanging above our kids bed, fell down in the middle of the night because it was VELCROED to the wall!! Who the heck velroes a large painting above someone's bed? I couldn't believe it. We will not go back.December 2018
